After-Purchase:
(1) Within a few days of payment, the ski resort for which you made your purchase will send you an email regarding your application.
(2) Please apply according to the instructions sent to you in the email (mail the application form, send photos, etc.)
(3) Please pick up your pass at the counter of the ski resort from which you purchased it.

Notes
- This pass is not cancelable or refundable for any reason.
- Season tickets will not be reissued in case of loss.
- Please note that if you forget your season ticket, you will not be able to ski.
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
