This is a 1-day lift pass valid at any time during the 2024-2025 season.
Ticket exchange is available at either the North Area or South Area of Hoshino Resorts Nekoma Mountain.

• North Area: November 30, 2024, to May 6, 2025

How to use

After purchasing this ticket, you will need to generate a QR code. The generated QR code allows you to use the automatic ticketing machine at the ski resort.
Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass and go through the gate at any time during the validity period.
Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.

Notes

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.
Students (middle and high school age) may receive a discount when purchasing at the on-site counter. Please check the official website for details.

Free shuttle bus service is available from Bandaimachi Station (JR). The trip takes 15 minutes. Pick-up service is by reservation only. Please contact WAmazing's Customer Support at least 3 days prior to your stay. *Reservations will be closed when the bus is full. *Departure and arrival may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions. *Shuttle bus service slots without reservations by the deadline will be cancelled.
