Terms of Use for the WAmazing Tax-Free E-Commerce Service [For Product Purchases: Standard Tax Scheme]

Article 1 (Application of the Terms)

1. These Terms of Use for the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") apply to all actions taken by Members who have registered through the smartphone application (WAmazing application) or website (collectively, the "App, etc.") managed and operated by WAmazing, Inc. (hereinafter, the "Company") when using the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service (as defined in Article 3, Paragraph 1). Members shall use the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
2. In the event that there are various notes, etc. (hereinafter, "Notes, etc.") presented by the Company on the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, each of the Notes, etc. shall constitute a part of these Terms.
3. The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with the Civil Code of Japan and other applicable laws and regulations where necessary due to changes in laws or regulations, changes to the content of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, or other circumstances. The Company shall notify Members in advance of the content of the amendment and its effective date by posting on the App, etc. or by other appropriate means. If a Member uses the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service after these Terms have been amended, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth in the respective items below.

(1) "Merchant" means a business operator operating an export goods sales place (tax-free shop) that, under a contract with the Company, lists products on the App, etc. and sells such products to Members.
(2) "Eligible Tax-Free Purchaser" means a person eligible for tax-free purchases as prescribed in Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Consumption Tax Act of Japan.
(3) "Customs Confirmation" means obtaining confirmation from the Director-General of Customs, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, that the Member is taking the tax-free goods out of Japan.
(4) "Purchase Record Information" means the purchase record information prescribed in Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Consumption Tax Act, namely the electromagnetic record concerning the purchase of tax-free goods that a business operator operating an export goods sales place provides to the Commissioner of the National Tax Agency.
(5) "Customs Confirmation Information" means the customs confirmation information prescribed in Article 8, Paragraph 3 of the Consumption Tax Act, namely the information on the result of Customs Confirmation provided through the National Tax Agency's tax-free sales management system.
(6) "Confirmed Tax-Free Amount" means the amount equivalent to consumption tax to be refunded to the Member when Customs Confirmation has been completed and the tax-free sale by the Merchant has been established under applicable laws and regulations.
(7) "Refund Claim" means the right to claim payment of the Confirmed Tax-Free Amount that a Member acquires against the Merchant when the Customs Confirmation Information confirms that the tax-free sale has been established, and that the Member holds against the Company once the assumption of debt by way of release under Article 12, Paragraph 2 takes effect.

Article 3 (Content of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service)

1. The Tax-Free E-Commerce Service means the following services provided through the App, etc. to Members and Merchants:
(1) Posting of information on Merchants and on products sold by the Company and Merchants;
(2) Acceptance of the procedures necessary for the formation of Purchase Reservation Agreements and Sale and Purchase Agreements for products listed by the Company on the App, etc., and referral thereof to Merchants;
(3) Support for consumption tax refund procedures; and
(4) Services incidental and related to the preceding items.
2. The seller of products sold through the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service is either the Company or a Merchant, and the Purchase Reservation Agreement and Sale and Purchase Agreement for products set forth in the following Articles are formed between the Member and the Company, or between the Member and the Merchant.
3. The Company operates the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service and provides services including the acceptance of Members' applications for purchase reservations and of the procedures necessary for the formation of Sale and Purchase Agreements based on such reservations, receipt of the Product Price, etc. (as defined in Article 7, Paragraph 1) as agent, arrangement of the delivery or handover of products, handling of inquiries, and other related services.

Article 4 (Formation of the Purchase Reservation Agreement)

1. Members may reserve the purchase of products through the App, etc., by the following method:
・A method whereby the Member enters the required information designated by the Company on the App, etc. (including customer information, flight information, order details, payment information, etc.; hereinafter, the "Required Information"), applies for a purchase reservation of the product through the App, etc. (hereinafter, the "Reservation Application"), and the reservation is completed upon the Member making the deposit in accordance with Article 7. At the time the reservation is completed on the App, etc., a purchase reservation agreement for the product (hereinafter, the "Purchase Reservation Agreement") shall be formed between the Company or the Merchant and the Member.
2. The period during which reservations for the purchase of products may be made shall be as indicated on the App, etc.
3. To certify the formation of the Purchase Reservation Agreement, the Company will display a "Purchase Reservation Agreement Confirmation Screen" on the Member's page within the App, etc.
4. When a Purchase Reservation Agreement is formed between the Company or the Merchant and a Member pursuant to this Article, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed that the obligations set forth in Article 8, including bearing cancellation fees, arise on the Member's part.

Article 5 (Product Price, Shipping Fees, etc.)

1. The prices of products, shipping fees (referring to the prescribed fees necessary to deliver the products reserved for purchase to the pickup location designated by the Member; the same applies hereinafter), and the costs related to delivery options (referring to options concerning the method and timing of delivery; such costs hereinafter, the "Delivery Option Fees") and the applicable conditions shall be displayed on the App, etc.
2. Shipping fees and Delivery Option Fees are not eligible for consumption tax exemption. Members shall pay these fees, including consumption tax, by the method specified by the Company.
3. The handling of returns, redeliveries, rearrangements, and cases in which separate additional costs arise shall be in accordance with the standards prescribed by the Company or the Merchant, and the details thereof shall be displayed on the App, etc.
4. The delivery time of products displayed on the App, etc. is provided as a reference only and is not guaranteed. Neither the Company nor the Merchant shall be liable for any delay caused by force majeure, such as weather, traffic, operations at the pickup location, or circumstances of the delivery service provider, or for any inability or delay in delivery caused by reasons attributable to the Member (including delay in pickup and incomplete or incorrect information entered).

Article 6 (Changes to Product Price, etc.)

1. The Member acknowledges that information regarding the price, etc. of products listed on the App, etc. may differ from information provided through other media provided by third parties.
2. The Member acknowledges that the product price, etc. may be changed without prior notice. The revised product price, etc. shall apply only to Members who make a Reservation Application after the change, while the product price, etc. before the change shall apply to Members who made a Reservation Application before the change.

Article 7 (Deposit of Product Price, etc.)

1. Upon making a Reservation Application, the Member shall deposit with the Company, as a deposit and by the method prescribed by the Company, the total of the product price, shipping fees, Delivery Option Fees, and any other amounts displayed on the App, etc. (hereinafter, the "Product Price, etc.").
2. With respect to the deposit under the preceding paragraph, the Company may either receive it as a deposit in its own name, or receive it on behalf of the Merchant based on the authority to receive payment granted by the Merchant.
3. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph or elsewhere in these Terms, the Member may not request the return of the deposit while the Purchase Reservation Agreement remains in effect.

Article 8 (Reservation Cancellation and Imposition of Cancellation Fees)

1. A Member may cancel the purchase reservation for all products reserved under a Purchase Reservation Agreement up to and including the pickup date specified at the time of the Reservation Application. However, in such cases, the Member must cancel the reservations for all products at once and may not cancel only part of the product reservations.
2. If a Member cancels the purchase reservation of a product before the Company or the Merchant issues the shipping instruction for the product (for example, arranging the product; hereinafter, the "Shipping Instruction"), no cancellation fee shall be charged for the cancellation of that product. In such cases, the Company will process a refund of the deposit described in the preceding Article.
3. If a Member cancels the purchase reservation of a product on or after the Shipping Instruction, the cancellation fee set forth in the following items shall be charged. In such cases, the Company will refund the amount remaining after deducting the cancellation fee, shipping fees, and Delivery Option Fees from the deposit described in the preceding Article. The shipping fees and Delivery Option Fees shall not be refunded.
(1) Products that the Company or the Merchant determines can be returned to inventory: 30% of the product price (tax included)
(2) Products other than those in the preceding item: 100% of the product price (tax included)
4. If a Member neither purchases the reserved product nor expresses an intention to cancel the purchase reservation by the pickup date specified at the time of the Reservation Application, the Member shall be deemed to have cancelled the purchase reservation of the product, and the refund shall be processed by applying the preceding paragraph mutatis mutandis.
5. Even if a Member does not wish to cancel a purchase reservation, the Company shall have the right to cancel the purchase reservation if the Company is able to determine that the reservation details related to the Member's use of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service are in conflict with laws or regulations, or if the Company reasonably deems the reservation inappropriate. In such cases, Paragraph 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the cancellation fee payable by the Member and the refund processing.
6. If a Member makes a purchase reservation using any discounts, benefits, campaigns, or other special conditions prescribed by the Company or a third party (hereinafter, "Special Conditions"), and such Special Conditions specify separate rules regarding cancellation fees, those rules shall take precedence over the preceding paragraphs. However, regardless of any such separate rules regarding cancellation fees, if the purchase reservation is cancelled on or after the Shipping Instruction, the shipping fees and Delivery Option Fees shall not be refunded.
7. If the tax-free sales procedure is suspended because the requirements set forth in the items of Article 11, Paragraph 1 are not met or for any other reason, the Member shall be deemed to have cancelled the purchase reservation, and Paragraph 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis, unless the Member wishes to purchase the products as a taxable sale. Where a single purchase reservation includes products from multiple sellers, such suspension of the procedure or taxable sale shall apply collectively to all products in that purchase reservation.

Article 9 (Formation of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Finalization of Product Price, and Product Handover)

1. A sale and purchase agreement for the product (hereinafter, the "Sale and Purchase Agreement") shall be formed between the Member and the Company or the Merchant at the time the Member visits the pickup location specified at the time of the Reservation Application (a general-type export goods sales place or a vending-machine-type export goods sales place) within its business hours on the pickup date specified at the time of the Reservation Application, completes the prescribed procedures, and the product is handed over (hereinafter, the "Purchase Date"). The handover of the product and the tax-free sales procedure shall be carried out by the Company or the Merchant as the seller, by an Approved Tax-Free Procedure Operator entrusted by the Company or the Merchant, or through a vending machine.
2. When a Sale and Purchase Agreement is formed between the Member and the Company or the Merchant, the Company shall apply the deposit set forth in Article 7, Paragraph 1 toward the Product Price, etc. payable by the Member to the Company where the seller of the product is the Company, or toward the Product Price, etc. payable by the Member to the Merchant where the seller of the product is the Merchant. Upon such application, the Member's obligation to pay the Product Price, etc. to the Company or the Merchant shall be extinguished to the extent of the amount so applied. With respect to the Product Price, etc. for products sold by a Merchant, the Company shall receive such payment on behalf of the Merchant based on the authority to receive payment granted by the Merchant.
3. If any balance remains after deducting the Product Price, etc. and any cancellation fees, etc. from the deposit set forth in Article 7, Paragraph 1, the Company shall process the refund of such balance to the Member.
4. Except where otherwise provided in the Return Terms (as defined in Article 10-2, Paragraph 1) or in the Sale and Purchase Agreement, neither the Company nor the Merchant shall accept any exchange or return of products at the Member's own convenience after the formation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Article 10 (Handling of Initial Defects, etc.)

1. If a delivered product has any damage, soiling, discrepancy from its specifications, shortage in quantity, or other defect existing at the time of handover (hereinafter, "Initial Defects, etc."), the Member shall notify the Company by the method prescribed by the Company, attaching photographs and any other materials requested by the Company. Where the seller is a Merchant, the Company shall refer such notification to the Merchant.
2. Where the seller of a product with Initial Defects, etc. is the Company, the Company shall refund to the Member the Product Price, etc. for that product.
3. Where the seller of a product with Initial Defects, etc. is a Merchant, the Merchant shall address the Initial Defects, etc. in accordance with the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement with the Member. However, if the Merchant fails to respond within a reasonable period or the Company otherwise reasonably determines it necessary, the Company may, based on the Member's notification, refund the Product Price, etc. or take such other measures as the Company deems appropriate. In such cases, the refund amount shall be the amount corresponding to the shortfall in the case of a shortage in quantity, and where the amount equivalent to consumption tax has already been paid pursuant to Article 13, the refund amount shall be the amount after deducting such amount.

Article 10-2 (Returns under the Return Terms)

1. Returns of products for reasons other than Initial Defects, etc. shall be governed by the return conditions of the Company or the Merchant that is the seller of the product, as displayed on the App, etc. (hereinafter, the "Return Terms").
2. Where the seller of the product is a Merchant, the Merchant shall, in accordance with the Return Terms, determine whether to accept the return and carry out the return, the refund of the product price, and any other necessary measures. However, if the Merchant fails to respond within a reasonable period or the Company otherwise reasonably determines it necessary for the protection of the Member, the Company may, based on the Member's request, determine whether to accept the return and refund the product price or take such other measures as the Company deems appropriate.
3. Requests for returns shall be made to the Company by the method prescribed by the Company, and where the seller of the product is a Merchant, the Company shall refer the request to the Merchant.
4. If the return is accepted, the Member shall send the product back to the return address in Japan designated by the seller, and the return shipping cost shall be borne by the seller or the Member in accordance with the Return Terms.
5. The refund shall be made after the seller receives the returned product, and where the amount equivalent to consumption tax has already been paid pursuant to Article 13, the refund amount shall be the amount after deducting such amount equivalent to consumption tax.
6. The Return Terms displayed on the App, etc. at the time the Purchase Reservation Agreement was formed shall apply.

Article 11 (Tax-Free Sales Procedure)

1. In order to receive the consumption tax exemption, the Member must comply with the following:
(1) Present the passport, etc. at the time of purchase and provide the information relating to the passport, etc. to the Company and the Merchant;
(2) Qualify as an Eligible Tax-Free Purchaser at the time of purchase;
(3) Within 90 days from the Purchase Date, obtain, at the customs office having jurisdiction over the place of departure, Customs Confirmation that the tax-free goods are being taken out of Japan;
(4) Present the tax-free goods, passport, and any other required documents or information when requested by customs;
(5) Take the tax-free goods for which Customs Confirmation has been obtained out of Japan without delay; and
(6) Comply with the Consumption Tax Act and other applicable laws and regulations and with the instructions of customs.
2. The Member acknowledges that if the tax-free goods are checked in with an airline or the like before Customs Confirmation, or if the goods otherwise cannot be presented to customs, the Member may be unable to obtain Customs Confirmation and may not receive the refund of the amount equivalent to consumption tax.
3. The Member acknowledges that where a single set of Purchase Record Information includes multiple products, if Customs Confirmation cannot be obtained for even one of those products, the amount equivalent to consumption tax may not be refunded for any of the products included in that Purchase Record Information.

Article 12 (Assumption of the Consumption Tax Refund Obligation)

1. When the Member has obtained Customs Confirmation and the Customs Confirmation Information confirms that the tax-free sale has been established, the Member acquires the right to claim payment of the Confirmed Tax-Free Amount from the seller of the product (the Company or the Merchant).
2. The Company shall, on the Purchase Date and based on its contract with the Merchant, assume by way of release (with the Merchant being released from such obligation) the Merchant's obligation under the preceding paragraph to pay the Confirmed Tax-Free Amount to the Member. By agreeing to these Terms, the Member consents in advance to such assumption of debt by way of release.
3. In any of the following cases, the Company's assumption of debt by way of release under the preceding paragraph shall cease to be effective retroactively to the Purchase Date:
(1) Where the Member fails to obtain Customs Confirmation within 90 days from the day following the Purchase Date;
(2) Where the result of Customs Confirmation is "not eligible for tax exemption";
(3) Where the receivables assignment agreement between the Member and Digital Wallet is terminated; or
(4) Where the obligation to pay the Confirmed Tax-Free Amount or the Refund Claim does not validly arise due to a return, a refund for Initial Defects, etc., or any other reason.
4. Neither the Company nor the Merchant guarantees that the tax-free sale will be established; this shall be determined based on the Customs Confirmation Information and applicable laws and regulations.

Article 13 (Consumption Tax Refund Procedure)

1. The service relating to the refund of the amount equivalent to consumption tax is provided by the Company's business partner, Digital Wallet Corporation (a Type II Funds Transfer Service Provider, registered with the Director-General of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, No. 00044; hereinafter, "Digital Wallet"). The Company is not the provider of such service.
2. The Member shall review and agree to the terms of service and personal information handling policy separately prescribed by Digital Wallet, and then apply for the service under the preceding paragraph by the method prescribed by Digital Wallet.
3. After the application under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall provide Digital Wallet, in accordance with the following Article, with the Member's Purchase Record Information, Customs Confirmation Information, and any other information of the Member necessary for Digital Wallet to provide the service relating to the refund of the amount equivalent to consumption tax.
4. The Member agrees to enter into a receivables purchase agreement with Digital Wallet as set forth in its terms of service and to assign the Refund Claim to Digital Wallet. The conditions of assignment of the Refund Claim, the consideration for the assignment, fees, transfer to an account or other destination in the Member's own name, handling in the event a transfer cannot be completed, and other matters shall be subject to Digital Wallet's explanations and terms of service.
5. Digital Wallet shall transfer the Confirmed Tax-Free Amount, less the fee displayed on the App, etc. and on Digital Wallet's designated screens, to the account or other destination in the Member's own name designated by the Member. The Member agrees to the deduction of such fee.
6. The transfer may be refused, suspended, or delayed in the event of incomplete or incorrect transfer destination information, incomplete identity verification, failure to issue the transfer instruction, concerns relating to economic sanctions, anti-money laundering, or counter-terrorist financing, or any other reason set forth in Digital Wallet's terms.
7. Inquiries regarding the transfer itself, such as transfer status, transfer errors, and transfer recalls, shall be handled by Digital Wallet. Inquiries regarding the terms of sale of products, returns and exchanges, tax exemption requirements, and Customs Confirmation shall be handled by the Company or the Merchant.

Article 14 (Handling of Member Information, etc.)

1. For the purposes of providing the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, accepting Purchase Reservation Agreements and Sale and Purchase Agreements, settling the Product Price, etc., delivering or handing over products, carrying out the tax-free sales procedure, creating Purchase Record Information and providing it to the National Tax Agency's tax-free sales management system, obtaining Customs Confirmation Information, handling inquiries, and the refund procedure for the amount equivalent to consumption tax carried out by its business partner, the Company collects and uses the information stated in the Member's passport, etc., information on status of residence, etc., information on entry into and departure from Japan, purchased products, purchase amounts, purchase dates and times, pickup locations, payment information, Purchase Record Information, Customs Confirmation Information, and other necessary information (hereinafter collectively, "Member Information, etc.").
2. To the extent necessary for the purposes set forth in the preceding paragraph and for the consumption tax refund procedure set forth in the preceding Article, the Company provides Member Information, etc. to Merchants, Digital Wallet, Approved Tax-Free Procedure Operators entrusted by the Company or Merchants, the National Tax Agency, customs, and other relevant administrative agencies. By agreeing to these Terms, the Member consents to the provision of Member Information, etc.
3. Information provided to Digital Wallet and Merchants shall be handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies and personal information handling policies.
4. Any other handling of Member Information, etc. shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately prescribed by the Company.

Article 15 (Member Obligations)

1. Members shall not reproduce or transmit, for purposes other than their own private use, any information obtained through the use of the App, etc., without the Company's consent, nor shall they provide it for use by a third party, regardless of the method.
2. When using the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
(1) Sending or posting information by impersonating a third party;
(2) Using the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service by any method other than those approved by the Company;
(3) Sending or posting harmful computer programs or the like, or sending spam emails, chain letters, junk mail, or the like;
(4) Infringing or potentially infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party;
(5) Defaming, slandering, or otherwise damaging the reputation of the Company or any third party;
(6) Disclosing to others any information, documents, or images that violate public order and morals;
(7) Registering false or incomplete information, whether intentionally or not, regarding the name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, or other personal information of the Member or other users of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service;
(8) Failing to pay deposits, cancellation fees, or product prices requested by the Company, regardless of reason;
(9) Committing violence or acts of nuisance against the Company or third parties;
(10) Making reservations deemed to be for resale or commercial purposes;
(11) Engaging in acts that violate, or are likely to violate, laws or regulations.
3. If any act of a Member falling under any of the items in the preceding paragraph causes damage to the Company or any third party, the Member shall bear all legal responsibility and shall not cause any damage to the Company or any third party.
4. If a Member does not meet the requirements prescribed by laws and regulations for exemption from consumption tax on the purchase of products but expresses an intention to purchase the reserved product, the Member shall pay the Company or the Merchant, in addition to the product price, an amount equivalent to the consumption tax on that product.
5. If the Member is a minor, they must obtain the consent of their legal guardian before making a reservation. If the Member falsely represents that such consent has been obtained or falsely claims to be of legal age, the Member may not rescind such act.

Article 16 (Violation of Member Obligations)

1. If a Member violates any of the obligations set forth in the preceding Article, or if the Company otherwise deems the Member's conduct unsuitable for the operation of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, the Company may suspend such conduct; terminate the Purchase Reservation Agreement or Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Member and the Company; terminate, or cause the Merchant to terminate, the Purchase Reservation Agreement or Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Member and the Merchant; and take any necessary measures (including legal action), such as suspending the Member's use of all services related to the App, etc. (including the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service), revoking the Member's membership, or claiming damages.
2. If the Company suspects that a Member has violated the obligations set forth in the preceding Article, or reasonably determines that the Member's conduct is unsuitable for the proper operation of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, the Company may request the Member to provide clarification regarding the details of such conduct.
3. If a purchase reservation of products related to the use of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service is cancelled pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article for reasons attributable to the Member, the Member shall pay the cancellation fee and bear the shipping fees and Delivery Option Fees in accordance with Article 8.
4. If a Sale and Purchase Agreement is terminated pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article for reasons attributable to the Member, the Member shall bear all costs arising from such termination, including those relating to the return of the product and the refund of the Product Price, etc., and any other costs incurred by the Company or the Merchant in connection with such termination.

Article 17 (Copyright)

1. Members shall not use any content provided through the App, etc. beyond the scope of personal use permitted under the Copyright Act, without the prior consent of the Company.
2. In the event of any dispute arising from a violation of this Article, the Member shall resolve such dispute at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any damage to the Company or any third party.

Article 18 (Temporary Suspension of the App, etc. and the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the operation of the App, etc. and the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service without prior notice to Members in any of the following cases:
(1) When maintenance or modification of the specifications of the App, etc. is performed;
(2) When a natural disaster, other emergency, or the risk thereof occurs, making it impossible to operate the App, etc. and the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service;
(3) When the Company deems it necessary to temporarily suspend operation of the App, etc. and the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service due to unavoidable circumstances; or
(4) When unavoidable circumstances related to delivery arise, such as restrictions on the acceptance of shipments by delivery service providers, congestion or delays in delivery networks, operational restrictions at pickup locations, or customs issues.

Article 19 (Disclaimer of Liability)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from natural disasters, network congestion, equipment failure or suspension for maintenance, loss of information from product suppliers, alteration or leakage of information by third parties, or other similar circumstances, except in cases attributable to the Company.
2. Even when the Company is liable to Members in relation to the use of the Tax-Free E-Commerce Service, the Company's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 20 (Governing Law, Language, and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. These Terms shall be executed and interpreted in Japanese, which shall be the official text. Any translation of these Terms into a language other than Japanese is provided solely for reference purposes and shall not affect the interpretation of the Japanese version of these Terms.
3. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms.

Shipping fees are set uniformly based on the total merchandise amount (tax included) of each order on WAmazing Shop, not per seller.

Orders with a merchandise total of ¥27,500 (tax incl.) or more: free shipping
Orders under ¥27,500 (tax incl.): ¥880 shipping fee (¥1,430 if your pickup location is in Hokkaido or Okinawa)
