• 1. This is a multi-resort lift pass for both Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort and Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort.
• 2. This lift pass is also valid for night skiing at Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort on specific days only.
• 3. This lift pass is valid from the first day of ski resort operation to the last day of operation. *Depending on weather and snow conditions, the operating period may be shortened, lifts may be closed, or courses may be closed.
• 4. Except in cases where the special refund policy applies, no refunds or returns will be issued for the lift pass or its fees after issuance.
• 5. If the resorts are unable to open due to social or weather-related factors, the special refund policy will apply. *Special refund policy: 100% for 0 operating days, 50% for 45 operating days or less, and none for 46 operating days or more.
• 6. This lift pass is valid only for the purchaser. Transferring or lending it to another person is not permitted.
• 7. In the case the lift pass is lost, please contact the ski resort where you purchased it.
• 8. A separate fee of JPY1,000 will be charged for reissuing this lift pass in the event of loss or damage.
• 9. If this lift pass is misused, it will become invalid immediately.
• 10. If you do not follow the precautions for this lift pass, it will become invalid.
• 11. This lift pass will become invalid if the terms and conditions set forth by each ski resort are not adhered to.
• 12. When using the Alps No. 11 Lift, a separate consent form must be filled out at Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort. *There is also a JPY 2,000 fee for an armband on your first use. For more details, please check the official Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort website.
• 13. This lift pass is only valid for the named individual. If resold or lent to others, the pass will be invalidated and the prescribed fare amount and double the surcharge fare will be required.

• 11. This pass is only valid for the named individual. If the ticket is resold or transferred to another person, it will be invalidated, and you will be required to pay the standard fare plus a surcharge of double the fare.

• This pass must be charged onto an existing key ticket (IC card lift pass).
• After purchase, please charge your Key Ticket (IC card lift pass) by entering the card number of your Key Ticket (IC card lift pass) in the purchase history on My Page. *The charge will not be completed with the purchase alone.
• After charging, please bring your Key Ticket (IC card lift pass) with you. On the day of use, you can pass through the gate without stopping by the lift pass counter.
• If you have not charged your pass, you will not be able to pass through the gate.

• This pass cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period.
• Please note that it may take about 30 minutes for your purchase data to be reflected at the ski resort's lift pass counter.
• If you forget your key ticket (IC card lift pass) on the day of use, you will not be able to use it.
• It is not recommended to load multiple ticket types onto a single card simultaneously. If a pass is lost or becomes invalid as a result, it cannot be reissued.
• If you purchase this pass and then recharge a key ticket (IC card lift pass) that is still in use, the purchased amount will become valid only after the usage period of the existing ticket has completely expired.
• If you do not have a key ticket (IC card lift pass), please purchase a lift pass that can be picked up on-site by showing a QR code instead.
• This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

• Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
• After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
• Valid only on the day of exchange. Please complete the exchange on the day you intend to use the pass.
