You can use the large public bath in the Hakuba Alps Hotel and Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba (towel fee not included). *Hakuba Alps Hotel benefit is valid until March 31.

• 1. This is a multi-resort lift pass for both Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort and Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort.
• 2. This lift pass is also valid for night skiing at Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort on specific days only.
• 3. This lift pass is valid from the first day of ski resort operation to the last day of operation. *Depending on weather and snow conditions, the operating period may be shortened, lifts may be closed, or courses may be closed.
• 4. Except in cases where the special refund policy applies, no refunds or returns will be issued for the lift pass or its fees after issuance.
• 5. If the resorts are unable to open due to social or weather-related factors, the special refund policy will apply. *Special refund policy: 100% for 0 operating days, 50% for 45 operating days or less, and none for 46 operating days or more.
• 6. This lift pass is valid only for the purchaser. Transferring or lending it to another person is not permitted.
• 7. In the case the lift pass is lost, please contact the ski resort where you purchased it.
• 8. A separate fee of JPY1,000 will be charged for reissuing this lift pass in the event of loss or damage.
• 9. If this lift pass is misused, it will become invalid immediately.
• 10. If you do not follow the precautions for this lift pass, it will become invalid.
• 11. This lift pass will become invalid if the terms and conditions set forth by each ski resort are not adhered to.
• 12. When using the Alps No. 11 Lift, a separate consent form must be filled out at Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort. *There is also a JPY 2,000 fee for an armband on your first use. For more details, please check the official Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort website.
• 13. This lift pass is only valid for the named individual. If resold or lent to others, the pass will be invalidated and the prescribed fare amount and double the surcharge fare will be required.
