• 2. This lift pass is also valid for night skiing at Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort on specific days only.
• 3. This lift pass is valid from the first day of ski resort operation to the last day of operation. *Depending on weather and snow conditions, the operating period may be shortened, lifts may be closed, or courses may be closed.
• 4. Except in cases where the special refund policy applies, no refunds or returns will be issued for the lift pass or its fees after purchase.
• 5. If the resorts are unable to open due to social or weather-related factors, the special refund policy will apply. *Special refund policy: 100% for 0 operating days, 50% for 45 operating days or less, and none for 46 operating days or more.
• 6. This lift pass is valid only for the holder. Transferring or lending it to another person will render it invalid.
• 7. In the case the lift pass is lost, please contact the ski resort where you purchased it.
• 8. A separate fee of JPY1,000 will be charged for reissuing this lift pass in the event of loss or damage.
• 9. If this lift pass is misused, it will become invalid immediately.
• 10. If you do not follow the precautions for this lift pass, it will become invalid.
• 11. This lift pass will become invalid if the terms and conditions set forth by each ski resort are not adhered to.
• 12. When using the Alps No. 11 Lift, a separate consent form must be filled out at Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort. *For more details, please check the official Hakuba Norikura Onsen Snow Resort website.
• 13. This lift pass is valid only for the registered individual. If resold or lent to others, the pass will be invalidated, and the offender will be required to pay the prescribed fare plus a penalty equal to twice that amount (three times the original fare in total).

• 11. This pass is only valid for the named individual. If the ticket is resold or transferred to another person, it will be invalidated, and you will be required to pay the standard fare plus a surcharge of double the fare.
• 12. If you wish to cancel or receive a refund under the Flex Cancellation Guarantee, please contact Bliss Customer Support (support@blissguarantee.com) before January 31, 2027, provided the pass is unused. Cancellations cannot be processed through WAmazing.

• This pass is sold at a special price. It cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason. Please use it within the validity period.
• Please note that it takes about 30 minutes for the purchase data to be reflected at the ski resort ticket office after the purchase is completed.
• The online shop may not be available depending on the OS of your computer or smartphone, or the type and version of your browser.
• If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
• This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
