• From your My Page purchase history, display the voucher redemption screen and present it to the counter staff.
• The counter staff will process the redemption screen and issue your season pass key ticket (IC card lift pass). Paper printouts cannot be accepted.
• Please present a valid ID (driver's license, passport, etc. copies are accepted) at the time of redemption. Redemption will be refused if ID is not presented. The name cannot be changed after purchase.
• When riding the lift, bring the key ticket (IC card lift pass) and have it scanned at the gate before boarding.
• No deposit is required for the key ticket. You may take it home after use.

• Those purchasing Student or Senior passes must enter the date of birth for each ticket requested when purchasing.
• Please present a form of identification (driver's license, passport, etc. *copies accepted) when redeeming your pass. If you cannot present ID, redemption will be refused.
• Names cannot be changed after purchase.
• For those purchasing Student or Senior passes, please check the following conditions before purchasing.
  • Student: Must be 13–18 years old on the date of purchase.
  • Senior: Must reach 60 years of age by the final day of this season pass validity period (May 5, 2027). *If your 60th birthday falls on or before the final day of the validity period (May 5, 2027), you may purchase this pass even before your birthday.

Shiga Kogen Season Pass (2026-2027) Terms of Use
(Please agree to the following terms and conditions before use)

Regarding cancellation of purchase:
(1) Once purchased, this product cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
We will not provide any compensation if there are changes to the operating area, period, hours, or facilities of the applicable ski resort due to circumstances such as events, snowfall, snow conditions, or course conditions.

Instructions for use:
(1) A key ticket (IC card lift pass) will be issued upon your arrival.
(2) When riding the lift, bring the key ticket (IC card lift pass) and scan it at the gate before boarding.
(3) No deposit is required for the key ticket. You may take it home after use.

Scope of use:
(1) You can use the lifts and gondolas at ski resorts in the Shiga Kogen area.

Prohibition of transfer and unauthorized use:
(1) The season pass can only be used by the pass holder. It cannot be transferred to others, including family members.
(2) For identity verification, we will use the photo you provided and check it against the gate camera. The provided photo will only be used for the purpose of verifying your Shiga Kogen Season Pass.
(3) Please note that you may be asked to present your ID at the lift pass exchange counter and lift boarding gate.
(4) If the season pass is used improperly or deemed to be misused, it will be rendered invalid, and the key ticket (IC card lift pass) must be returned.
(5) We may need to verify your pass at the lift boarding gate. Your cooperation is appreciated.
(6) Customers found to be using the pass fraudulently or failing to comply with ski resort rules will be prohibited from purchasing season passes in subsequent seasons.
(7) According to the transportation regulations, a surcharge equivalent to three times the additional fare for the days of misuse will be charged in cases of misuse.

Reissuance of lift passes:
(1) If a lift pass is damaged, it can be reissued. If damage is due to the customer’s fault, a reissue fee of JPY 100 applies.
(2) Lost or forgotten lift passes can be reissued with a fee of JPY 1,000.

Changes to terms of use due to circumstances:
(1) Please note that due to events, weather conditions, infectious diseases, government requests to suspend operations, or other circumstances, the operating area, period, hours, and facilities of the ski resort may be changed without prior notice.

Other major restrictions on use:
(1) Season pass validity period: December 1, 2026 (Tue) to May 5, 2027 (Wed/Public Holiday)
Even during the validity period of the season pass, lifts cannot be accessed during the summer.
(2) Depending on snow conditions or other safety concerns, the ski resort may cease operations before the end of the validity period. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
(3) Early morning and night skiing is not permitted.
(4) Snowboarding is permitted only on designated courses as determined by the ski resort.
