Purchasing method
- Number of tickets that can be purchased at one time: Up to 10 tickets
- If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets, please purchase 10 tickets, then purchase any additional tickets you need.
- Multiple tickets can be exchanged on the same day.

How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass is considered your day of use. *If the exchange date and usage date are different, please store the pass securely (e.g., in a locker) and manage it yourself. Passes cannot be reissued in case of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

Notes
- This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- If the QR code has not yet been generated, cancellations can be made through My Page until December 31, 2025. Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds are not possible regardless of the reason.
- If the QR code cannot be generated, or if the automatic ticketing machine cannot be used due to any issues, please visit the ski resort counter.
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by those who are not skiing or snowboarding.)
- Since this is a lift pass limited to the Yakebitaiyama area, it cannot be changed to a Shiga Kogen All-Mountain Pass.
