Terms of Use for the Yakebitaiyama Area Season Pass

〈Regarding Cancellations After Purchase〉
(1) After the customer has completed the application process, cancellations and refunds will not be made for any reason, including the customer's convenience, or due to circumstances at the ski resort (events, snowfall, snow conditions, course conditions), or due to changes in the business area, business period, business hours, or business facilities of the ski resort.
(2) Cancellations will not be accepted at the ski resort counter.

〈Instructions for Use〉
(1) We will issue a key ticket (IC card lift pass) at the ski resort's lift pass counter.
(2) Seniors and Middle/High school students must present a valid ID with their date of birth when exchanging their lift pass.
(3) For verification purposes, a camera will compare the photo registered on the lift pass with the individual as they pass through the gate.
(4) This pass is only valid at the Shiga Kogen Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort.
(5) The opening and closing dates are tentative and may change due to snowfall conditions or unfavorable slope conditions.

〈Prohibition of Transfer and Unauthorized Use〉
(1) This pass is valid only for the purchaser and cannot be transferred to family members or others under any circumstances.
(2) If the pass is found to be transferred, lent, or used improperly, it will be confiscated and damages will be sought. In accordance with the Ropeway Transportation Rules and Regulations, a surcharge of 3 times the regular fare will be charged for each day of unauthorized use.

〈Regarding Reissuance〉
If the data on your season pass is corrupted, we will reissue it. However, if the key ticket (IC card lift pass) itself is damaged due to the customer's negligence, a reissuance fee of JPY 100 will be charged.

〈Regarding Loss〉
If you lose your season pass, please report it to us immediately. We will verify your name and key ticket number and restrict its use. A reissuance fee of JPY 1,000 will be charged.

〈Additional Terms and Conditions〉
Please abide by the rules and regulations set forth by each ski resort and use the facilities safely. Skiing outside designated courses or in restricted areas is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be violating any rules or engaging in dangerous behavior, you may be denied further access to the facilities.
