    Advance reservations are needed to ensure a seat. For those who would like to change from the buffet plan to the Japanese cuisine plan, you must call the hotel at least a day prior to your stay. Upgrading to the Japanese cuisine meal tray (deluxe edition) is possible if you pay the price difference.

    For those with a reservation with the no-meal plan, you can book a buffet reservation at the hotel with the following prices.
    Dinner/ Adults 2,800JPY/ Elementary school age 1,960JPY/ Infants (3 years old - preschoolers) 1,400JPY *All-you-can-drink alcohol is available for an additional charge (1 hour - JPY1500 per person).
    There are cases when we must divide the dinner starting time into 4 different times - 5:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:50pm, 8:30pm - to ease congestion.
    Furthermore, you may be unable to specify your desired dinner starting time, as we ask guests their request in a first-come-first-serve basis during the check in process. *The process begins at 8:00am We ask that you call the hotel if you’d like to make a group meal reservation for over 9 people. You may be unable to make a reservation if all the seats are booked.

    • We will pick you up at the Information Center near Echigo-Yuzawa Station according to the following schedule. Please pass through the ticket gate, exit from the West Exit on your left, go through the rotary, and turn left. About 100 meters ahead, approximately a 2-minute walk to the left, you will find the Angel Grandia Echigo-Yuzawa Station West Exit Information Center. It is a brown brick building.
