Free shuttle bus service is available from Karuizawa Station South Exit or Manza/Kazawaguchi Station. The time required is approximately 60-90 minutes from Karuizawa to the hotel. From Manza/Kazawaguchi to the hotel takes about 20 minutes. Pick-up service is by reservation only. Please contact WAmazing's Customer Support by 7:00 PM 3 days in advance. Please note that the number of reservations is limited, and depending on the date and availability, you may not be able to board the bus at your desired time. Please inform the attendant of your name and the number of passengers when you board the bus. The time required for pick-up may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
