Notes
- On weekdays excluding December 21-30, 2024, and January 2-5, 2025, as well as on November 30 (Sat.), December 31 (Tue.), and January 1 (Wed./Public Holiday), the operating hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Lift passes are not included. Please purchase at the counter.
- During peak periods (weekends, public holidays, and December 21 - January 5), rental items may be out of stock. Please visit us as early as possible.

Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
