A set including a 1-day lift pass, meal ticket worth JPY1,200, and snowboard set (snowboard, boots) rental.
*Accessories (hats, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.
The lift pass can be used for all lifts at Tazawako Ski Resort.

Can be purchased up to 23:00 (JST) on the day of use.

How to use

[Meal tickets can be used at the following locations]
All restaurants in the ski resort (except Lounge Kuromori)
• Physical meal coupons will be handed out when you redeem your lift pass.
• No change will be given when meal tickets are used. Non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
