How to use
- Please generate the QR code by the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, it cannot be canceled.
- You can redeem your lift pass before the designated date of use, but you will only be allowed to pass through the gate on the designated date.
- Please scan the QR code of the e-voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated use date, the validity period will end, and you will not be able to use it. Cancellations are also not possible.

Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you are unable to generate the QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- The JPY 500 deposit is included in the product price. It will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Return locations: Automatic return machine on Center House 1F, Information desk)
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
