Notes
- Rental fees do not include lift passes.
- An IC card for rental exchange will be issued at the ticket counter. Please redeem items at the rental shop afterward.
- A deposit of JPY 500 is required at the time of exchange.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
- If the IC card is damaged or lost, the deposit will not be returned and the IC card will not be reissued.
- For those renting ski wear, please wear a neck gaiter or balaclava to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and for those renting helmets, please wear an inner cap.
- Gloves, goggles, and ski hats are not available for rent. They can be purchased.

・30 minutes before the start of lift operation to 1 hour before the end of lift operation. Rental equipment must be returned no later than 30 minutes after the end of the lift service.
・Lift operation times are subject to change depending on the date, time, and weather. Please check the official ski resort website for the latest information.

Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
