〈Precautions for use〉
・The start date of use is the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging the product.
(If the exchange and usage dates differ, please store it securely in a locker or similar. Reissuance is not possible if lost or if you accidentally pass through the gate.)
・You can also use this ticket during the spring season starting from March 24th. However, we cannot refund the difference between the spring season rate and the current rate.
・If you do not use the ticket during the operating period, it will expire, and you will no longer be able to use it. No cancellations are allowed.

• This product is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
• Cancellations can be made through My Page until February 28, 2025, but the cancellation period may be shorter depending on the payment method and the date of purchase. (Credit card payment: no cancellation allowed after 180 days from the date of purchase) After the cancellation period, no cancellations or refunds can be made under any circumstances.
• This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• We will issue an IC card that does not require a deposit.
• Please return the card or take it home after use. The used IC card can be used as a discount coupon within the facility. (Hot springs, restaurants, etc.)
