Product description

This product includes a drink voucher that can be used at TAKASU TERRACE, located at the top of the slopes of Takasu Snow Park at an altitude of 1,550m, a round-trip gondola ticket, and admission to Yukinos.

Can be purchased up to 23:00 (JST) on the day of use.

How to use

Until QR code generation and ticked exchange
- Please generate the QR code by the date of use. You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please hold the QR code on your e-voucher over the automated ticket machine to receive your ticket.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.
After ticket exchange
- Valid only on the day of exchange.

・A drink ticket will be issued with your gondola ticket.
・No change will be given when using the drink ticket. No refunds.

Notes

If you cannot generate a QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is not working, please visit the ski resort counter. *A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass (IC card) is required at the counter. The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
An admission fee for Yukinos is required for children aged 2 and over.
As you will be walking on snow, it is dangerous to wear sandals or sneakers.
Boots can be rented at the rental corner. (Adults JPY 1,000, children JPY 500)

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
