Notes
- You will receive a rental exchange ticket when you exchange your lift pass. Please show your voucher at the rental shop on the 1st floor.
- After use, please return the equipment to the same rental shop.
- Accessories will not be rented out this season to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
- For children ages 6-12

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
