How to use
[Oshiruko Voucher can be used at the following locations]
Restaurant Rocky inside Center House
- Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
- After generating the QR code, you can exchange your ticket or pass through the gate at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The Oshiruko Voucher will be issued along with the White Adventure Ticket.
- No change will be given when using the coupon. Non-refundable.

Notes
- Lift passes are not included and need to be purchased separately.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Lift pass return locations: Lift pass counter, Center House 2F Information Counter)
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
