Schedule
[Lesson Time] 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM 1-hour break)
[Exchange/Meeting Location] In front of the ski school at Arai Resort's Outdoor Shop 1F
[Landmark] Look for the instructor wearing the ski school uniform.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you are unable to meet with the instructor or do not know the meeting point, please contact customer support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
- If we do not receive contact from you before half of the scheduled lesson time passes, the lesson will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Notes
- The ticket price includes only the lesson fee and does not include rental fees and lift pass fees.
- The school does not provide rental equipment or gear.
- Please arrive at the meeting place with all rentals completed and ready to start your lesson.
- If you are a beginner or need instructions about the gear, please let us know in advance. Instruction will be included in your lesson time.
- The 3-piece accessory set (gloves, goggles, and hat) is not available at rental shops, so please bring your own.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
