Product description

This product includes a 1-day lift pass and a set of coupons (JPY 100 off bathing, JPY 1,000 off rental sets, JPY 500 off rental wear sets, and 10% off half-day school lessons).
You can use all lifts at White Pia Takasu Ski Area.

Can be purchased up to 23:00 (JST) on the day of use.

Paper coupons will be provided when you exchange your lift pass.
No change will be given when using coupons. Non-refundable.

What's included in the voucher

Notes

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass is required at the time of ticket exchange.
The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit will not be returned and the lift pass (IC card) will not be reissued.

Cancellation policy

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
