*Accessories (hat, gloves, goggles) are not included.

You can use all the lifts at White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Resort.
Available only on two consecutive weekdays. *Not available from December 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025, weekends and public holidays.

How to use

You will receive a paper rental voucher when you exchange your lift ticket.
Please hand the voucher to reception at the Rental Corner in Castor Plaza and select either a ski set or a snowboard set.
Once you have received your rental items, no changes can be made to the rental details. (In the case of consecutive days of use: select ski set on the first day of use → ski set will be rented on the second day as well. Cannot be changed)

Notes

Up to 3 people including children are allowed.
This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift ticket and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
We issue IC cards with no security deposit required.
Please cooperate with us in recycling used lift passes (IC cards). (Return location: Recycle Boxes in Castor Plaza *Placed in multiple locations in Castor Plaza)
Rental Damage Warranty System (Security Deposit): We offer a voluntary breakage warranty system, which exempts you from paying for any damage to your rental items for JPY 500 per day. If you wish to use this system, please ask at the reception desk on the day of your visit.
Items like goggles, gloves, hats etc. are not included. They are available to purchase at the shop on-site.

No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
