How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.You cannot cancel after the QR code is generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass and go through the gate at any time during the validity period. *Can be used on weekdays, but the difference will not be refunded.
- Please hold up the QR code on your electronic voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not for sightseeing and can not be used for skiing or snowboarding.)
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticket machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the lift ticket (IC card).
- If the lift ticket (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift ticket (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
