How to use
- You will receive your admission ticket at the Ski Center ticket office.
- After entering the Ski Center, please come to the Information Desk to receive your lift pass and rental voucher.
- Please present your voucher exchange screen.

Notes
- Parking is available for free.
- A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass is required when exchanging the pass.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
- If your lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, neither the deposit nor the lift pass (IC card) can be returned or reissued.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.
Regarding partial cancellations
Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
