Product description

Private Kids lessons with teachers who can speak Chinese or English. This is a 1-on1 lesson.
Please select your preferred language and time when you make your reservation.

4) Thin knit cap (to be worn under helmets)
5) Goggles (for UV and snow protection)
6) Long socks

Purchasing method

Please select your preferred language and lesson time in the "Customer Information" field after "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase."
Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Schedule

[Lesson Time] 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM *There is a 90-minute break in between.

Please be sure to check in at the reception at least 30 minutes before the lesson starts. The reception deadline is 10:00 AM. *If you miss the check-in time, you will not be able to take the lesson.
After the reception closes, please finish changing and head to the meeting point (Pandaruman House) 15 minutes before the lesson begins.
If you are unsure of the reception (exchange location), please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
If you do not contact us and half of the scheduled lesson time has passed, it will be considered a cancellation and cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Notes

Foreign language lessons will be conducted by Taiwanese staff.
Rental of skis, boots, and helmets is included in the lesson fee (available only during lesson time).
Since the lessons will take place both indoors and outdoors, we recommend wearing warm undergarments, such as long-sleeve shirts and long pants that allow for movement.

[Lessons using the lift]

Lift-assisted lessons are available depending on the participant's skill level.
The details will be explained to the parents/guardians.
Parents/guardians assisting with lift rides must purchase a separate lift ticket (lift tickets are free for participants aged 3-6).
Please note that lift rides may be restricted at the instructor’s discretion.
Due to ski resort rules, preschoolers cannot ride the lift alone. An instructor will accompany them.
Parents assisting with lift rides must purchase a separate lift ticket (lift tickets are free for children ages 3-12; those 13 years and older must pay).

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
