Notes
- Please note that the rental shop (AMIGO) is not located within the ski resort.
- Once the ticket has been exchanged, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Once exchanged on the first day, products with multiple usage days cannot be canceled, even if unused.
- This product does not require returns after each use. Please manage products yourself and return them within the operating hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) on the last day of use. (For example, for a 3-day rental: no return is needed on the first and second days; it must be returned by 4:00 PM on the last day, the third day.)
- Lift passes are not included in this product.
- Accessories (ski hat, gloves, goggles) are not included in the rental.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
