When boarding the bus, please tell the driver the name of the representative who made the purchase.

◆Lift Pass Exchange
Please provide your name at the Hokkaido Resort Liner Desk on the 1st floor of Hirafu Welcome Center. You will receive a lift pass exchange voucher.

[Departure time of the return bus] Departs from Hirafu No. 1 Parking Lot at 4:25 PM (Meeting time: 4:15 PM) ⇒ Arrives at Sapporo around 7:00 PM

*Please make sure to check the boarding/disembarking points on the Hokkaido Access official website before departure and ensure you arrive on time.
*If you are unable to make it on time or cannot find the boarding point, please contact customer support immediately.
*If any passengers have not arrived by the departure time, the bus will depart as scheduled. Please note that we are not responsible for any refunds in such cases.

• Preschoolers 3-5 years old can ride the lift for free. Please book only the round-trip ski bus from the official website.
• Departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• Please check the meeting point in advance. The meeting time is 10 minutes before departure.
• Please refrain from boarding the buses wearing skis, snowboards, or boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
• 1 piece of luggage is allowed to be stored in the compartment per person. The bus may not accept 2 or more pieces of luggage.
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in their own bags or cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to your baggage when loading or unloading the trunk.
• The highway may be closed due to road/adverse weather conditions. For those catching a flight, we may have to drop you off at the nearest JR train station so you won't miss your flight. (Please note that the passenger will cover any additional travel costs)
