How to use
◆Bus Usage
When boarding the bus, please tell the driver the name of the representative who made the purchase.
◆Lift Pass Exchange
• The bus driver will give you an exchange voucher when you board the bus. Please exchange the ticket for a lift pass at the ticket vending machine at the ski resort.
Schedule
[Departure time of the outbound bus] Departs from Hotel WBF Sapporo Chuo at 7:40 AM (Meeting time: 7:30 AM) ⇒ Arrives at Tomamu Resort Center at 10:50 AM
[Departure time of the return bus] Departs from Tomamu Resort Center at 4:20 PM (Meeting time: 4:10 PM) ⇒ Arrives at Sapporo at around 8:05 PM

Return: Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU Ski Area (Tomamu Resort Center 1F lobby near the main entrance)

*If you are unable to make it on time or cannot find the boarding point, please contact customer support immediately.
*If any passengers have not arrived by the departure time, the bus will depart as scheduled. Please note that we are not responsible for any refunds in such cases.

Notes
- Preschoolers 3-5 years old can ride the lift for free. Please book only the round-trip ski bus from the official website.
- Departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- Please check the meeting point in advance. The meeting time is 10 minutes before departure.
- Please refrain from boarding the buses wearing skis, snowboards, or boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
- 1 piece of luggage is allowed to be stored in the compartment per person. The bus may not accept 2 or more pieces of luggage.
- If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in their own bags or cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to your baggage when loading or unloading the trunk.
- The highway may be closed due to road/adverse weather conditions. For those catching a flight, we may have to drop you off at the nearest JR train station so you won't miss your flight. (Please note that the passenger will cover any additional travel costs)
