How to use
◆Reception
- A set of coupons including lift pass exchange tickets, rental discount coupons, and return bus tickets will be handed over at the reception desk at the place of departure. (As a rule, all reception staff and bus drivers will speak Japanese, and coupons will be written in Japanese.)
◆Rental discount coupon
- Available at: [Rental Corner in the Center House].
- How to use: Show the rental discount coupon and pay the rental fee on site. (except when the rental has already been paid for in advance)
*Rental discount coupons do not guarantee the availability of rental items on the same day. During busy times, the requested inventory may be out of stock.
◆Lift Pass Exchange
- A deposit of JPY 500 per lift pass is required at the time of exchange.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit will not be returned and the lift pass (IC card) will not be reissued.

[Return bus departure time] 5:10 PM from Washigatake Area (meeting time: 4:55 PM) ⇒ Arrive around JR Osaka Station at around 9:00 PM.

Outward: Large bus parking lot on the 1st floor of the main entrance (south side) of JR Shin-Osaka Station(MAP)
Return: Washigatake Ski Area: Bus parking lot next to Hotel Rainbow
◆Access to Shin-Osaka meeting place
- If you use the JR train (ticket gates are on the 3rd floor), take the nearest stairs to the main entrance on the 1st floor. If you use the subway, go out the central ticket gate (2nd floor) and take the nearest stairs to the main entrance on the 1st floor.
- At the meeting point in Shin-Osaka, you will see a staff member wearing a red bib with “STAFF” printed on the front and back.

Notes
- Rental discount coupons do not guarantee the availability of rental items, regardless of busy days.
- If you do not use the “Internet Reservation Service” and cannot rent the desired rental item or size, the unused portion of the lift pass or trip fee will not be refunded.
- No tour guide will accompany the tour.
- No toilet facilities are provided on the bus.
- Buses will take a break of 15 to 30 minutes every 2 hours. However, if a delay in arrival time is expected due to unforseen circumstances, the bus may take a break according to the situation.
- Normally, large buses will be used, but depending on the number of reservations, medium or small buses may be used.
- Depending on the number of people booked, the bus may stop at several ski resorts or you may have to change buses.
- Please strictly observe the meeting place and time.
- Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time, either for departure to the tour or the return trip, will be considered an abandonment of the tour, and the bus will depart without prior notice.
- Please take care of your baggage at all times.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or misplacement of luggage, or any misunderstandings between customers.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any stains or damage to your luggage.
- Please take measures to protect your luggage in the trunk as it may be damaged.
- We do not allow the following items to be loaded onto the bus: animals, fragile items (musical instruments, bicycles, snowscoots, cameras, computers, other precision equipment, glass products, drinks), items that may stain or damage other luggage.
- The tour will be cancelled if the destination ski resort is not expected to be open due to bad weather, lift failure, or other problems, or if the arrival at the destination ski resort is not expected due to traffic conditions or is expected to be delayed significantly. In such a case, we may inform you to change the tour to another ski resort.
- Please note that we may not be able to inform you of tour cancellation or change to other ski resorts before departure due to circumstances. In such cases, we may inform you at the meeting and departure point on the day of departure or on the bus after departure.
- In the event that the scheduled transportation is not available due to a significant delay in the return time due to weather or road conditions, we will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by you, such as alternative transportation or accommodation costs.
- Please note that ski resorts may change their operating hours, close some lifts, or restrict some runs due to weather or other reasons. No refunds will be made in the event that the ski area is not open as originally scheduled.
- No refunds will be made in the event that early morning or night skiing is cancelled due to snowfall, weather conditions or other reasons at the ski resort on the day of the cancellation.
- In case of insufficient snowfall, the decision will be made up to 2 days prior to the departure date. The tour will be held if the reserved ski resort is partially skiable (more than one lift and more than one course).
- Replacement of the traveler is not allowed without the consent of the Company (RAD Kanko Co., Ltd.). Cancellation fee will be charged for the replacement of the traveler.
- We reserve the right to cancel any itinerary that has not been reserved at least 14 days prior to departure without prior notice.
