This product is a set that includes a snow escalator ticket and a sledding ticket.
Perfect for sledding or for beginners to practice sledding! Enjoy sledding empty-handed.

How to use

You will be given a sled rental voucher when you exchange your ticket.
Please present your sled rental voucher at the ski center rental corner.

Notes

When exchanging tickets, please line up at the ticket counter and we will guide you in the order in which you come. Please note that this is not a priority ticket.
Once tickets have been exchanged, they cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or reissued.
In the event of strong winds, lifts and snow escalators may be suspended. (The snow escalators may also be closed on weekdays.)

Cancellation policy

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
