Product description

This product is for those who are inexperienced or have limited experience with tree runs.
A guide will accompany you to enjoy the famous "tree runs" of Geto by guiding you through the tree run areas.
You will have priority access to the gondola and be shown hidden spots. The guide will also actively take you to areas with significant changes in terrain.

• For those with no experience or limited experience in tree runs
• Able to ski on untracked (powder) snow without issues
• 13 years old and above (*Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Maximum number of participants: 5
Helmets are mandatory (If you don't have one, you can rent it for JPY 800 per person)
The tour will only cover the tree run areas that are open on the day of use.
Staff may use basic English or translation apps to communicate.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	80 %
After 00:00, 2 days prior to the date of use	50 %
After 00:00, 3 days prior to the date of use	30 %
Until 4 days prior to the date of use	Free Cancellation

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
