Product description

Let's embark on an adventure through the fluffy snowy landscape.
These are places you can only visit and see during this season.
Don't worry if you've never snowshoed before, our guide will teach you everything you need to know.
After your walk, relax and unwind in the hot springs.

[Participation Requirements]
• 6 years old and above (Elementary school age and above)
• Shoe size of 19cm or larger
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts. (If you wish to rent snowboard boots on the day of the tour, please arrive 30 minutes earlier.)
If you are unable to meet the guide or cannot find the meeting location, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.

Notes

Maximum number of participants: 5
Please wear ski wear, gloves, sunglasses, and walkable winter shoes (e.g., snow boots).
If you don’t have winter shoes, you can rent snowboard boots (available for rent on the day of the tour. If you wish to rent, please arrive 30 minutes earlier. *extra charge).
It is recommended to wear clothes that can be easily taken off or put on during the tour (especially on routes with ascents, it can get hot. Please avoid wearing HEATTECH or cotton clothing underneath).
Staff may use basic English or translation apps to communicate.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	80 %
After 00:00, 2 days prior to the date of use	50 %
After 00:00, 3 days prior to the date of use	30 %
Until 4 days prior to the date of use	Free Cancellation

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
