This is a tour where you can ride a snowmobile.

If you wish to ride together with a child 6-12 years old (Elementary school age) as a pair, please purchase the "Family Snowmobile Tour (Parent-Child Pair Ride)."

Maximum number of participants: 10 people
Depending on the weather, we recommend wearing ski wear, gloves, goggles or sunglasses, and snow-resistant shoes.
Helmets are mandatory (If you don't have one, you can rent one for free)
Staff may use basic English or translation apps to communicate.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	80 %
After 00:00, 2 days prior to the date of use	50 %
After 00:00, 3 days prior to the date of use	30 %
Until 4 days prior to the date of use	Free Cancellation

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
