Product description

This package includes a round-trip lift pass, meal ticket, free drink coupon, and a discount voucher for rental wear.
The round-trip lift pass can only be used for the No. 1 Quad Lift at Meiho Ski Resort.

How to use

[Locations where meal tickets can be used] All restaurants at Meiho Ski Resort (except for food trucks)
[Location where drink coupons can be used] Maruten Restaurant
[Location where rental wear discount vouchers can be used] Rental Building

The meal ticket, free drink coupon, and rental wear discount voucher will be issued along with the round-trip lift pass.
No change will be given for the meal ticket, free drink coupon, or rental wear discount voucher. Non-refundable.
Please generate the QR code before the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

Notes

This product is for sightseeing purposes only. Skiing and snowboarding are not allowed.
If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automated ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort counter.
The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Lift Pass Return Location: Ski Center 1F Ticket Counter)
If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
