This product is a set of 1-day lift pass, gondola round-trip ticket, and private lesson discount ticket.
You can use all lifts and gondolas of Biwako Hakodateyama Ski Resort.

How to use

Applicable location: Hakodateyama School
Lesson hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM on weekends and holidays, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM on weekdays

You will receive a private lesson discount coupon when you exchange your lift pass. Non-refundable.
The private lesson discount coupon is worth JPY 1,000 on weekdays, and JPY 500 on weekends, national holidays, and year-end and New Year's holidays (between Dec. 29 and Jan. 3).

Notes

Visitors under 18 years old must present a passport or other proof of age at the ticket counter.
Adult and child prices are higher than the regular weekday prices listed on the ski resort's official website. If you use the special school discount, you can save money. Please be careful when making your purchase.
Ladies' Day, Children's Service Day, and Ski Day are available. Please check the official ski resort website for specific dates.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional products or discount coupons.
This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)

Cancellation policy

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
