[Marker] Instructors wearing ski school uniforms will be waiting for you.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you are unable to meet with the instructor or do not know the meeting location, please contact customer support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 20 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
- If you do not contact us and half of the scheduled lesson time has passed, your lesson will be automatically canceled, and cancellation fees will apply according to our cancellation policy.

Notes
- The ticket price includes only the lesson fee and does not include rental fees and lift pass fees.
- The school does not provide rental equipment or gear.
- Please arrive at the meeting place with all rentals completed and ready to start your lesson.
- If you are a beginner or need instructions about the gear, please let us know in advance. Instruction will be included in your lesson time.
- The 3-piece accessory set (gloves, goggles, ski hat) is not available at rental shops, so please bring your own.
