  • Rental snowboard set: Normally JPY 4,700 → JPY 1,500

• Please be sure to check the boarding location before departure and make sure not to be late for the bus departure time.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for the meeting time, your reservation will be canceled on the day and you will not be able to board the bus. *A cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

• Minimum number of participants: 1
• At the bus boarding reception, the reservation name will be verified.
• For safety reasons, children aged 0–3 and infants riding on a guardian’s lap are not permitted to participate.
• Please return the rental items before boarding the bus for the return trip.
• Lift tickets are not included in this product. Please purchase them separately.
• The staff at the meeting point and the bus driver speak Japanese only.

[About the schedule]
• If there is a high possibility that the ski resort cannot operate due to insufficient snowfall, the tour will be canceled. A decision will be made two days in advance, and you will be notified in case of cancellation. (Full refund provided.)
• If roads are closed on the day of the tour or if there is a significant risk of closure, the tour may be canceled. If canceled, you will be notified as soon as the decision is made. (Full refund provided.)
• Arrival and departure times at the ski resort may change, stay duration may be shortened, or return arrival may be delayed due to road or weather conditions.
• If ski resort stay time is shortened or additional costs arise for transportation or accommodation after return, no claims for reimbursement will be accepted.
• This trip may be operated jointly with ski tours organized by other companies.

[About the bus]
• The bus has four rows of seats and does not have a toilet.
• Both outbound and return trips include one stop at a service or parking area for a 10–15 minute break.
• For groups of two, they will be seated next to each other. For groups of three or more, they will be seated near each other.

*If the desired sizes for skis, snowboards, or wear are unavailable on the day, no refund for the trip cost will be provided.
