• At the Information Counter, you will receive your lift pass and coupons (rental discount coupon, soft drink exchange ticket, and 10% off food & beverage coupon). *When picking up, clearly inform the reception staff that you are using "Let's Smile" and provide the name of your reservation.
• The lift pass is only valid on the departure day.
• The rental discount coupon can be used for the following rentals (on-site application/on-site payment):

• Please confirm the boarding location before departure and ensure you arrive on time for the bus departure.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be allowed to board the bus. *Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the cancellation policy.

• Minimum number of participants: 1
• When boarding the bus, the voucher screen and the name used during the reservation will be verified. (Check-in will be handled by the bus driver. *Only available in Japanese.)
• Infants may not ride for free on an adult’s lap, and participation for children aged 0–5 years is not allowed for safety reasons.
• Please note that children eligible for participation are 6 years old (Elementary school age) and above.
• Accommodation and other arrangements must be made independently. These are not included in the package.

[Tour Operation]
• If the ski resort is likely to be closed due to insufficient snowfall, the tour will be canceled. We will notify you of any cancellations 2 days in advance. (Full refund)
• If there are road closures or a very high risk of closure on the day of departure, the tour may be canceled. If canceled, we will notify you as soon as the decision is made. (Full refund )
• Due to road or weather conditions, the arrival time at the ski resort, departure time, or duration of stay may change, and the return time may be delayed.
• We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to shortened stay times at the ski resort, or for transportation and accommodation after returning from the tour.
• This tour may be operated jointly with other companies’ ski tours.

[About the Bus]
• The bus is a 4-row seat bus without a restroom.
• Depending on the number of passengers, the tour may be operated using a microbus or a commuter (minibus).

■ Available sizes for the following (rental ski set, rental snowboard set):
• Ski boots: 15.5cm - 32.5cm

• Wear: 80cm - 6L
*The ski and snowboard sets do not include wear.
*Rental wear is only available as a set that includes a jacket and pants.
*Although the rental shop has a large stock of items, availability is not guaranteed.
*If the desired size for skis, snowboard, or wear is not available on the day of the trip, the travel fee will not be refunded.
