Product description

This package includes a round-trip bus ticket between JR Nagano Station East Exit ⇔ HAKUBA VALLEY Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, a 1-day lift and gondola pass, and a rental discount coupon.
You will take the outbound bus to the ski resort, stay overnight, and take the return bus the following day. (*Accommodation arrangements must be made independently; this package does not include accommodation.)
You will have free time from your arrival at the ski resort until you board the return bus the next day.

You can use all the lifts and gondolas at HAKUBA VALLEY Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field.
*Valid only on the departure day (not valid for the next day).
*The lift pass is only valid for HAKUBA VALLEY Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field. (This is not a Multi-Use Lift Pass for HAKUBA VALLEY)

At the Information Counter, you will receive your lift pass and rental discount coupon. *When picking up, clearly inform the reception staff that you are using "Let's Smile" and provide the name of your reservation.
Lift passes and rental discount coupons are only valid on the day of departure.
The rental discount coupon can be used for the following rentals (on-site application/on-site payment):

Notes

Minimum number of participants: 1
When boarding the bus, the voucher screen and the name used during the reservation will be verified. (Check-in will be handled by the bus driver. *Only available in Japanese.)
Infants may not ride for free on an adult’s lap, and participation for children aged 0–5 years is not allowed for safety reasons.
Please note that children eligible for participation are 6 years old (Elementary school age) and above.
Accommodation and other arrangements must be made independently. These are not included in the package.

[Tour Operation]
• If the ski resort is likely to be closed due to insufficient snowfall, the tour will be canceled. We will notify you of any cancellations 2 days in advance. (Full refund)
• If there are road closures or a very high risk of closure on the day of departure, the tour may be canceled. If canceled, we will notify you as soon as the decision is made. (Full refund )
• Due to road or weather conditions, the arrival time at the ski resort, departure time, or duration of stay may change, and the return time may be delayed.
• We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to shortened stay times at the ski resort, or for transportation and accommodation after returning from the tour.
• This tour may be operated jointly with other companies’ ski tours.

[About the Bus]
• The bus is a 4-row seat bus without a restroom.
• Depending on the number of passengers, the tour may be operated using a microbus or a commuter (minibus).

*Rental wear is only available as a set that includes a jacket and pants.
*Although the rental shop has a large stock of items, availability is not guaranteed.
*If the desired size for skis, snowboard, or wear is not available on the day of the trip, the travel fee will not be refunded.
*We do not offer rentals for accessories such as hats or goggles.
*There may be a difference in quality compared to usual rentals.

The return bus ride is the day after the departure date.

Cancellation policy

On actual date of use 00:00〜	100 %
After 00:00, one day prior to the date of use	40 %
After 00:00, 7 days prior to the date of use	30 %
After 00:00, 20 days prior to the date of use	20 %

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

Please note that we can cancel bookings per person, but we cannot cancel individual vouchers.
