*When boarding the bus
- Please show the reservation screen when you board the bus. We will confirm the number of passengers, date and time, and the name of the representative.
- Even if you are not present at the bus' departure time, the bus will still depart. No refund will be made in this case. Please be sure not to be late.

*Lift ticket and rental exchange
- Please show your voucher when you exchange your lift ticket.
- If you are paying the student fee (Middle/High school students ages 12-15) and senior fee, please present your ID to confirm your age at the ticket counter.
- You will receive a paper rental voucher when you exchange your lift ticket. Please hand in the voucher at the rental corner.

◆Boarding Location
Outbound: Bus terminal on the left side of the Sendai Station East Exit
Return: Kurobushi Kogen Snow Park (where you got off the outbound bus)

• Arrival time is subject to change depending on the weather and road conditions.
• Please arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes prior to the departure time for both the outbound and return trips.
• Please make sure to confirm the boarding location before departure and be sure not to be late for the meeting time.
• If you miss the meeting time or do not know where to board, please contact WAmazing Snow Customer Support immediately.

• This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift ticket and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• Children 12 years old and under (Elementary school students and under) are not allowed to board the bus alone. *They must be accompanied by a person 13 years old or above.
• In the unlikely event that the lifts are shut down due to bad weather or mechanical failure, you will be refunded.

＜For children 12 years old and under (Elementary school students and under) ＞
• Children 12 years old and under (Elementary school students and under) may ride the lifts and buses free of charge. However, children may not ride alone or with other children.
• Child lift tickets are issued at the ticket counter. Children cannot ride the lifts without a children's lift ticket.
• Children may board the bus free of charge, but must apply in advance if they wish to use a seat.
