How to use
- Exchange ticket: One 4-hour lift pass
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use. Cancellations are not permitted after the QR code has been generated.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Hold the electronic voucher's QR code over the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- Your first day of use will be the day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass. If the exchange date and the actual usage date differ, please keep your pass safely—such as in a locker. Please note that reissuing the pass is not possible if it is lost or if you accidentally go through the gate.

Notes
- This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
- If you cannot generate the QR code or if the automatic ticketing machine is out of order, please visit the ski resort ticket counter.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card).
- If your lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
