• When exchanging your lift pass, you will receive a paper meal ticket (weekdays only) and a rental exchange voucher. Please present your voucher at the rental counter inside Center House.
• No change will be given when you use the meal ticket. Non-refundable.

• This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
• A JPY 500 deposit is required per lift pass at the time of exchange.
• Your deposit will be refunded in cash when you return the lift pass (IC card). (Return locations: Automatic return machine on Center House 1F, Information desk)
• If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be refunded, and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.
• Only the 3-piece accessory set can be taken home. Please return the skis/snowboard and ski/snowboard wear at the rental counter.
• Sizes for the 3-piece accessory set are limited. Refunds or exchanges are not available after the items have been handed over, so please check carefully.
• Gloves (Men's and Women's sizes M and L, Children's sizes), knit hats (one size), goggles (one size)
• Please note that if you purchase this product for two days, you will also receive the 3-piece accessory set on both days.
