- Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the lesson time. If you need to change the lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you cannot meet up with your instructor or are not sure where to meet, please contact WAmazingSnow Customer Support immediately.
- If you miss the meeting time by more than 15 minutes, your lesson will be canceled and you will not be able to take the lesson.
