How to use
- Exchange ticket: 1 lift pass valid for 1-day on the specified date
- Please generate a QR code by the designated date of use. Once the QR code is generated, it cannot be canceled.
- You can redeem your lift pass even before the designated date of use, but you will only be allowed to pass through the gate on the designated date of use.
- Please hold up the QR code of the e-voucher to the automatic ticketing machine to receive your ticket.
- If the QR code is not generated by the designated date of use, the period of use will end and the service will no longer be available. Cancellation is also not possible.

Notes
- This pass can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not for sightseeing and can not be used for skiing or snowboarding.)
- If the QR code cannot be generated, or if the automatic ticketing machine cannot be used due to any issues, please visit the ski area information desk.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the lift pass (IC card).
- If the lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, the deposit cannot be returned and the lift pass (IC card) cannot be reissued.

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
- If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
