- Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
- If you cannot meet up with your instructor or are unsure where to meet, please contact WAmazingSnow's customer support immediately.
- If you miss the meeting time by more than 30 minutes, your lesson will be canceled and you will not be able to take it.

- A full refund will be issued if Niseko United announces an official closure due to inclement weather.
- Snow and Flow Snowsports School is not responsible for any loss or theft of gear or for any accidents or injuries that occur before, during, or after the lesson.
