- Please note that you cannot change the pick-up/drop-off point or departure time once your reservation is complete. If you need to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
- When purchasing this ticket, please enter your full name without any abbreviations. (Your name will be verified when boarding the bus and redeeming your voucher.)

How to use
• Bus Usage:
When boarding the bus, please tell the driver the name of the representative who made the reservation.
• Lift Pass Exchange:
The bus attendant will give you a lift pass exchange voucher when you board the bus. Please exchange this voucher for a lift pass at the lift pass counter when you arrive at the resort.

Outbound bus departure time: 7:40am (Meeting time: 7:30am) Hotel WBF Sapporo Chuo ⇒ Arrival at Tomamu Resort Center at 10:50am
Return bus departure time: 4:10pm (Meeting time: 4:00pm) Tomamu Resort Center ⇒ Arrival in Sapporo at 8:05pm

Outbound: Hotel WBF Sapporo Chuo (1F Lobby)
Return: Hoshino Resorts TOMAMU Ski Area (near the main entrance to the 1F lobby of Tomamu Resort Center)
*Prior to departure, please verify the boarding and drop-off points on the official Hokkaido Access website and make sure to arrive on time.
*If you cannot make the meeting time or are unsure of the boarding location, contact customer support immediately.
*The bus will depart even if some passengers are not present at the departure time. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

Notes
- Preschoolers ages 3-5 can ride the lifts for free. Please make sure to reserve only the round-trip bus when booking via the official website.
- Departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- Please confirm the meeting point in advance. The meeting time is 10 minutes before departure.
- Please refrain from boarding the bus wearing ski or snowboard boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
- Each person can store up to 1 piece of luggage in the under floor luggage compartment. You may not be able to store 2 or more pieces of luggage.
- Please ensure that any skis or snowboards you bring are bagged or in carry cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to other items of luggage stored in the trunk.
- The highway may be closed due to adverse road/weather conditions. Those who could miss their flight as a result of the delay may be advised to alight at the nearest JR train station and use an alternative method of transportation. Please note that in this case, the passenger will bear any additional travel costs.
