*The bus will depart even if some passengers are not present at the departure time. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• Departure times may vary due to traffic conditions.
• Please refrain from boarding the buses wearing skis, snowboards, or boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
• As a general rule, each passenger may bring one piece of luggage. Additional items may not be accepted.
• If bringing skis or snowboards, please carry them in a dedicated bag or case. Loading, unloading, or placing them in the trunk during travel may cause damage, so your cooperation is appreciated.
• Please note that passengers who are heavily intoxicated will not be allowed to board.
• In cases where highway closures or weather conditions may affect flight connections, the bus may make a stop at the nearest JR station or other location and arrange alternative transportation. Please note that any costs incurred in such cases are the passenger's responsibility.
