*This ticket only covers the outbound trip. You will need to make your own arrangements for accommodations, lift passes, and buses for the return trip.
*Prior to departure, please verify the boarding and drop-off points on the official Hokkaido Access website and make sure to arrive on time.
*If you cannot make the meeting time or are unsure of the boarding location, contact customer support immediately.
*The bus will depart even if some passengers are not present at the departure time. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• Please check the meeting point in advance. The meeting time is 10 minutes before departure.
• Times may change depending on traffic conditions.
• Please refrain from boarding the buses wearing skis, snowboards, or boots, as they are slippery and extremely dangerous.
• 1 piece of luggage is allowed to be stored in the compartment per person. The bus may not accept 2 or more pieces of luggage.
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in their own bags or cases, as they may cause damage or breakage to your baggage when loading or unloading the trunk.
• Please note that we do not permit passengers who are intoxicated.
• The highway may close etc., due to road/weather conditions. For those catching a flight, we may have to drop you off at the nearest train station so you won't miss your flight. (Please note that the passenger will cover any additional travel costs)
