How to use
- Exchange ticket: rental voucher
- Valid only on the day of exchange. Please complete the exchange on the day you intend to use it.

Notes
- Lift passes are not included in the rental fee.
- An IC card for a rental voucher will be issued at the ticket counter. Please exchange it at the rental shop afterwards.
- A deposit of JPY 500 is required when exchanging the pass.
- The deposit will be refunded in cash when the lift pass (IC card) is returned.
- If your lift pass (IC card) is damaged or lost, neither the deposit nor the lift pass (IC card) can be returned or reissued.
- Gloves, goggles, and hats are not available for rent. They are available for purchase.

- Rental Hours: From 30 minutes before the lifts start until 1 hour before the lifts finish. Must be returned within 30 minutes after the lifts finish.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.Remarks
- Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
- Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
