How to use
- Please generate your QR code before the date of use.
- After the QR code is generated, you can redeem your pass at any time during the validity period.
- Please scan the QR code from your electronic voucher at the automatic ticketing machine to receive your pass.
- The day you pass through the lift gate after exchanging your pass will be considered your day of use. *If the exchange date and day of use differ, please store your pass securely (e.g., in a locker) and manage it yourself. Passes cannot be reissued in the event of loss or if you accidentally pass through the gate.

- This pass is sold at a special price. Please use it within the validity period.
- You may cancel your purchase through My Page until February 28, 2026, provided you have not yet generated a QR code. However, depending on your payment method and purchase date, the cancellation period may be shorter. (For credit card payments: cancellations are not possible after 180 days from the purchase date.) Once the cancellation period has passed, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to generate a QR code or are having trouble using the automatic ticketing machines, please visit the ski resort information desk.
- This product can only be used for skiing and snowboarding. (This is not a lift pass for sightseeing and cannot be used other than skiing or snowboarding.)
- Preschool children may ride the lift for free if accompanied by a parent/guardian. (Free IC cards will be issued at the nearby counter.)

* Once the QR code is generated, the product cannot be canceled.
* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.
* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

- Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
