This set includes a 3-Day Lift Pass, snowboard set (snowboard, boots) rental, and snowboard wear (jacket & pants) rental.
*Accessories (hat, gloves, goggles) are not included.

You can use all lifts at White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Resort.
The pass is valid for 3 consecutive days.

How to use

Redeemable pass: One 3-Day Lift Pass, one rental ticket
When exchanging your lift pass, you will also receive a paper rental ticket.
When exchanging your rental items, please present your rental exchange ticket at the reception desk located in the rental corner of Castor Plaza.
Tickets are valid only on the day of exchange.
Rental items can be used for three consecutive days. After picking them up on the first day, please manage them yourself and return them on the final day. (Operating hours: 8:00am-4:15pm)

Notes

This product can only be used by skiers or snowboarders. (This is not a sightseeing lift pass and cannot be used by non-skiers or non-snowboarders.)
We issue IC cards with no security deposit required.
Please cooperate with us in recycling used lift passes (IC cards). (Return location: Recycle Boxes in Castor Plaza *Placed in multiple locations in Castor Plaza)
Items like goggles, gloves, hats etc. are not included. They are available to purchase at the shop on-site.
Customers are responsible for managing their rental items during the rental period.
Paid services such as ski racks, coin lockers, or storage at the rental shop (JPY 500) are also available.

* Please note that due to credit card company regulations, transactions cannot be canceled after 180 days from the date of purchase.

* When processing cancellations (including partial cancellations), there is a possibility that you will be temporarily charged twice, or charged again after the refund has been made. Rest assured that you will be properly refunded once the cancellation data has been processed.

Regarding partial cancellations

If you purchase multiple tickets, you can cancel them individually.

Remarks

Check the ski resort's operating status (closed days, suspended days, snowfall information, etc.) on the day of visit.
Make sure to have an active internet connection to exchange your WAmazing voucher. You may not be able to exchange your voucher without an active connection.
Operating hours and services provided are subject to change depending on the weather and ski slope conditions.
If we have to close and cannot provide any services, we will offer a refund in accordance with our Terms of Use.
