- Please select your preferred language and lesson time in the "Customer Information" field after "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Purchase."
- Once a reservation has been made, it is not possible to change the language or lesson time. If you need to change the language or lesson time, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.

Schedule
Lesson Time: 10:00am -3:00pm *Includes a 60-minute break
Meeting Location: White Resort Hakuba Sanosaka Ski Resort Castro Plaza 1F
Landmark: Staff wearing helmets with the Ayumu sticker will be waiting.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
- If you are unable to meet up with your instructor or do not know the meeting place, please contact WAmazing Snow's Customer Support immediately.
- Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and you will not be able to take the lesson.
- If you are late, the lesson time will be shortened by the amount of time you are delayed.

Notes
- The fee covers lesson costs only and does not include lift passes, transportation, lodging, rental equipment, or transfers.
- Please prepare your equipment in advance and arrive at the designated meeting place on time.
- If you need assistance from an instructor with equipment rental, please note that this time is included in the lesson duration, and the end time will not be extended.
- No refunds will be issued if an accident or injury occurs due to failure to follow the instructor’s instructions or actions outside the scope of support, making it impossible to continue the lesson.
- Lessons that span lunchtime include a one-hour break. The exact time for the break will be decided with your instructor based on the day's lesson schedule.
- If you feel unwell or need a break, water, or to use the restroom during the lesson, please inform your instructor immediately.
- To prevent injury, please trim your nails before the lesson.
Attire and items to bring:
- Wear thick snow socks that reach your calves.
- Bring your own protective gear.
- The sun's reflection off the snow can be intense, so apply sunscreen and wear gloves and a lightweight face mask.
- If you are prone to dryness, bring lip balm and moisturizer and keep them in your locker for use during restaurant or restroom breaks.
- Carrying water during the lesson is not necessary; drinking water is provided at the restaurant.
- No charge for participants other than the group representative.Save more with more participants.
- With an item that limits the total number of people, a request exceeding the limit cannot be processed.
- Tickets for a fixed number of persons, such as family tickets, parent-and-child tickets, etc., are only available for purchase under specified conditions.Please be aware that if a booking does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted.*Ex: 2 adults, 2 children / 1 adult, 1 child
